A naturally gifted coach and leader with over 25 years worth of real estate experience. Her passion goes beyond real estate. Overall her goal is helping people achieve success and leave a legacy to their achievements.

Bernadette began her real estate career at the age of 25 and grew her team to 225 units annually. In addition to her sales career, she also managed a large national brokerage and launched two new office locations. Effortlessly, she pivoted into her role as a full-time coach in 2019, nationally servicing real estate
brokers and owners across all brands to organize, grow and scale their businesses.

Bernadette founded Evolve Virtually to train Virtual Assistants with the same method and systems she used to build her administrative team to support her business. Her experience building and running a fast-paced real estate team allows Evolve Virtually Members to grow their business with the best outcome possible using a high-level task oriented road map. Her intimate knowledge of the Philippine culture gives her the advantage of providing the best training available to Real Estate Virtual Assistants.
