  • IS THERE A CONTRACT?
    Yes, a 6-month contract is required. Within the 6 months you can change your subscription hours up or down. 7 hours minimum is required. There is an annual fee of $99 billed on your anniversary.
  • WHAT IS THE INITIAL SET-UP FEE FOR?
    This fee covers all setup time for our internal systems, onboarding, training, implementation, software and project management.
  • Will I BE ABLE TO USE MY SAME TEAM LEADER IF I PAUSE MY ACCOUNT?
    If your Team Leader has availability when you re-activate your account, it is possible. Otherwise, you would be assigned a new team leader.
  • HOW OFTEN DO I MEET WITH MY TEAM LEADER?
    It is advised to meet with your team leader a minimum of one time per week or as often as you wish to manage projects and goals.
  • HOW MANY VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS WOULD BE WORKING FOR ME?
    Aside from your Team Leader, Several Virtual Assistants would also be utilized depending on your scope of work. We are able to do in days, what a singular Virtual Assistant might do in weeks.
  • CAN I TALK TO A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IN ONE OF THE OTHER DEPARTMENTS?
    If necessary for a specific project, you would be able to speak to our department heads; however, we advise you to work through your team leader since they are ultimately responsible for project management and achieving your goals.
  • WILL I BE INFORMED HOW MY HOURS ARE BEING UTILIZED?
    Your team leader is responsible for providing you status reports as to how the hours per month are being used. You will discuss with your team leader if you prefer end of day, week or month reports.
  • WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START WITH MY VA?
    Your team leader will guide you through 30, 60, 90 day goal plans. They have been trained to guide you through your real estate business.
  • HOW WILL THE SALES TEAM MAKE PHONE CALLS?
    Your Membership fee covers a dialer platform. These platforms have many available area codes to select a phone number. Members are responsible for supplying the call list or may screen lists using our available data platforms.
  • HOW AM I NOTIFIED ON NEW LEADS?
    Your team leader will notify you by your choice of communication - Text, email, etc. If it is a HOT lead, we will also distinguish that on the communication, and you can choose how HOT leads are sent to you.
  • CAN MY VA MAKE COLD CALLS OR CALL EXPIRED LISTINGS, FSBO, ETC?
    Yes, however depending on your state telemarketing laws.
  • AM I EXPECTED TO PRINT MARKETING PIECES AND MAIL THEM?
    Yes, the agent is expected to mail their own pieces, or pay a 3rd party company to do so.
  • CAN MAILING LABELS BE CREATED?
    Yes, electronically.
  • HOW MANY HOURS SHOULD I ALLOCATE TO THE SKIP TRACING DEPARTMENT?
    Skip Tracing is one of the most time-consuming tasks in cleaning up your database for optimal use of your CRM. This depends on the size of your database, how complete your contacts are, and your timeline for other projects needing completion. We cannot stress enough the importance of complete contacts.
  • IS MY DATA PROTECTED?
    Under our Data Privacy Pledge, it is our commitment to safeguard sensitive data and agree to never share, sell, rent or exchange (with a 3rd party) our customer's personal information nor their data information.
  • WILL MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BE WORKING WITHIN MY CRM?
    Yes, our Virtual Assistants can work within your CRM Platform using the login you provide. Many CRM platforms offer additional logins for their clients.
